What is Oil Control Complex (OCC3)™?

OCC3™ is our proprietary complex at the heart of all LALAIS skincare. Bakuchiol, a plant-based superstar with retinol-like benefits, willow herb, a potent botanical antioxidant, and sarcosine, a key amino acid, comprise our signature hero blend that uniquely targets the enzyme at the root cause of oily skin to help balance excess oil production at the cellular level.

Is there a specific way I should apply LALAIS serums?

Oily Skin  In the evening, massage 1-2 pumps onto clean, dry skin avoiding the eye area.

Combination Skin  In the evening, massage 1 pump onto clean, dry skin in areas prone to excess oil and congestion. Avoid the eye area.

What is the suggested shelf life of LALAIS products?

LALAIS serums are packaged in airless containers to ensure maximum efficacy. For optimal results, we recommend using products within 6 months of the opening date.

Does Lalais offer product samples?

Yes, LALAIS offers free samples with orders $50 and over.

ARE LALAIS products safe for pregnant women?

If pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your physician before use.

Can I use LALAIS products if I have dry skin?

Yes. Follow with ample moisturizer, particularly in areas where you tend to be dry.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?

Simply click the account icon or sign in link and choose Reset Password. Next, check your inbox for an email to reset it. You'll be back into your account in no time.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can make changes by logging into your account and updating your contact information.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Our system saves all shipping addresses you've used to make a purchase. Click View Address to view, add or change an address each time you check out.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF RECEIVING EMAILS?

Navigate to the bottom of the latest email you received and click Unsubscribe. We'll be sorry to see you go, but you're welcome back at any time.

ORDERS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Checking out is easy.

  • Step 1: Enter you shipping address. You have the opportunity to add or delete a shipping address with each order.
  • Step 2: Choose the credit card you'd like to use and enter your payment information.
  • Step 3: Enter a new billing address if it's different from your shipping address. You have the opportunity to add a billing address with each order.
  • Step 4: Review your order summary. If you have a promo code or gift card, you may enter it here. Click 'Submit' to complete your purchase.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for fulfillment and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery. Expedited orders must be placed by 1 p.m. ET to ship the same day and will be delivered 2 business days after fulfillment confirmation. We do not offer Saturday delivery. 

Please note: Expect longer fulfillment times during heavy volume periods such as a product launch, holidays or promotional periods.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order ships. The email will contain a tracking link that you can click for detailed shipping information.

HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER DETAILS?

To view current or past order details, go to My Account. You can view a list of all purchases by order number and click on any order number for detailed information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing your order as soon as it's received. For this reason, we're not able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Orders shipping to any state where sales tax is applicable by law will be charged.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and Shop Pay. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is complete. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations, unless that's how it appears on your statement.

HOW DOES SHOP PAY WORK?

In short: Buy now, pay later. With Shop Pay, you can pay for your purchase in four equal installments, every two weeks. There are no additional fees when payments are made on time. Approval is instant, so you can check out quickly and easily.

SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous US (before tax and shipping, and after promotional discounts). No promotional code is required for redemption. We also offer Expedited 2-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost at checkout. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO/APO boxes at this time.

WHERE DOES LALAIS SHIP TO?

We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

To protect your delivery, US orders $200+ will require a signature at delivery.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

If your package is marked delivered and it still has not been received within 4 business days, please reach out to the LALAIS concierge team at customercare@lalais.com and we will discuss next steps from there. 

Any eligible resends will have Signature Required added to ensure correct delivery. No further resends or refunds will be given after second shipping attempt. 

If your order is over $200 and is showing as being signed for, please contact FedEx to initiate a claim. 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you are delighted with your LALAIS purchase. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return any unopened, undamaged, unused product within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment that was used to process the order.

To begin your return, simply email us at returns@lalais.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.

We can only accept returns for orders placed on LALAIS.com. Products purchased through LALAIS.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location. If you purchased LALAIS products at a retailer, please refer to their return process.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

If you choose to receive a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
