RETURNS FOR 30 DAYS

We hope you are delighted with your LALAIS purchase. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return any unopened, undamaged, unused product within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment that was used to process the order.

To begin your return, simply email us at returns@lalais.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. We can only accept returns for orders placed on LALAIS.com. Products purchased through LALAIS.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location. If you purchased LALAIS products at a retailer, please refer to their return process.
